Welcome to my Livejournal!

I guess I'll start by introducing myself and tell you all what this site is about. My name is Shay. I am from and residing in Chicago, IL. I am a college student. My major is nursing and diagnostic medical sonography (I will explain what this entails later on in other entries). After I receive my education, I have plans to pursue a long term career as a cardiac ICU Registered Nurse and/or Family Practitioner.

My livejournal will be all about healthcare, student nursing, and my personal experiences. Or just what I happen to be thinking at the time which is just about anything lol.
